Can I still use this program if I have insurance?

YES if we are NOT in-network with your insurance carrier. You may use this benefit, but we will not be able to file with your insurance carrier.

NO if you have insurance we are in network with, such as Medicare and Medicare Replacement Plans.

Will this membership automatically renew annually?

No, you will need to renew the program each year. We will send out a reminder email to give you ample time to renew it on time to avoid any lapse in benefits.

What if I change insurance and The Center is now in network?

We will happily continue to be your urgent care of choice, but we are prohibited by the insurance carrier to change the fee structure.

What if I don’t want to add all my family members at once, can I add them later?

Yes, you may add family members at future dates; however, the reduced membership fee is only available 30 days from the date of enrollment.

Does my visit have to be an urgent or emergent issue?

No, we are happy to take care of a vast array of medical issues from simple medication refills to annual physicals.

Do you offer TeleHealth Services and can I use the plan for remote visits?

Yes, we do offer TeleHealth benefits exclusively for our existing patients.

If I receive prescriptions, will the program discount the cost of filling the prescription(s)?

Unfortunately, No. We are only able to discount our services and NOT the fees charged by outside entities such as pharmacies, labs, and diagnostic centers.

Are there any services that my discount will not apply to?

Yes, but only a few which are already very discounted such as sports and school physicals as well as pre-employment and pre-surgical physicals.
