The Center for Primary Care was created in response to a growing frustration shared by both patients and physicians — modern primary care has become rushed, fragmented, and constrained by volume. CFPC is intentionally designed to operate differently.
By limiting the number of patients we accept, our physicians can spend more time with each individual, respond more quickly when concerns arise, and develop meaningful long-term relationships, allowing care to be proactive rather than reactive.

- IV therapies and emergency-level treatment
Instead of waiting in crowded emergency rooms, patients receive care within the same medical system that already knows their medical history.
Advanced Diagnostics & In-House Medical Resources
CFPC patients benefit from access to diagnostic capabilities rarely available within a concierge primary care practice.
Through our integration with The Center for Urgent Care, patients have access to:
- ACR-certified CT imaging
- Digital X-ray services
- CMS and CLIA-certified laboratory testing
- In-house pharmacy services for immediate treatment
These capabilities allow physicians to evaluate and treat many conditions immediately — without delays caused by outside referrals or scheduling bottlenecks. This level of access allows medical decisions to be made faster and with greater clarity.
Thoughtful Coordination With Trusted Specialists
When specialized care is required, our team helps patients navigate the complex world of referrals and medical coordination.
Drawing on decades of experience and professional relationships, we guide patients to highly qualified specialists across a wide range of disciplines, including cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, nephrology, dermatology, and surgical specialties.
Our role does not end with the referral. We remain actively involved in reviewing results, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring continuity across providers.
Guidance and Advocacy During Hospital Care
If hospitalization becomes necessary, CFPC remains involved. Our physicians maintain strong relationships with multiple regional hospitals and work closely with hospitalist teams to ensure that our patients receive coordinated and attentive care.
When possible, we can facilitate direct admissions and help patients avoid unnecessary delays in crowded emergency departments.
More importantly, we remain actively engaged throughout hospitalization and recovery — helping patients and families navigate the healthcare system with confidence.
