The Medical Team

Dedicated to Thoughtful, Personalized Care

Meet the Physicians Guiding Your Care

Experience, clinical insight, and collaborative care — dedicated to every patient.

The Center for Primary Care was intentionally designed around a collaborative model of medicine. Rather than relying on a single physician managing every aspect of care, CFPC patients benefit from the combined expertise of physicians with different training, perspectives, and clinical strengths.

J. Albert Avila, MD, FACEP, FAAEM, brings more than four decades of experience treating the full spectrum of medical illness and injury. His career in emergency medicine has given him deep insight into complex diagnoses, critical decision-making, and coordinating care across medical specialties.

Kyle Bailey, MD, represents the next generation of internal medicine — trained in modern evidence-based medicine with a strong focus on chronic disease management, preventative health, and careful medication oversight.

Together, they provide something increasingly rare in healthcare: experience, collaboration, and the time to truly know their patients.
